2. How to prepare Sweet Potato Cake
First, you need to wash the sweet potatoes, peel them, slice them and soak them in water.
Steam or boil the sweet potatoes in the pot. When the sweet potatoes are cooked, mash them.
Then you mix it with tapioca starch and sugar soup (or less depending on your taste), add coconut milk to increase the aroma. Then you mix the ingredients well.

3. You shape the potatoes into finger-sized pieces
Roll each potato cake in a thin layer of flour and place it on a plate, making sure the dough sticks to the potato ball evenly.

4. Fry potatoes
Put the pan on the stove, add cooking oil and heat it. You can test the oil by dipping the tip of your chopsticks and if the toothpick bubbles, it means the oil is old.
