BURRITO RECIPE: I texted Catherine to see how she made the burritos. Here is what she texted back..
I’ll list the ingredients I used for the wraps – I don’t really know what to say for exact amounts because I usually guess on most of it. (as you can see, a true cook since she doesn’t really follow a recipe.) 😉
Pack of 8-10 tortillas
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
Corn chips
Chicken tenders, chopped in small pieces (made it in a skillet with butter, salt and pepper)
*could also add tomatoes

Sauce:
Sour cream (maybe 1/2 cup)
Salsa (maybe 1/4 cup)
*mix together
