About Us.
Byther Farm is a little natural homestead, being created and also managed making use of permaculture methods. We intend for self-sufficiency in fruit as well as veggies for increased self reliance and also much better resilience to the modern-day globe.
We are a fifty-something pair that survive on a smallholding in Carmarthenshire, Wales. We are going green and also developing a gentler, cleaner and much more healthy and balanced life for our family members.
Having had a very successful smallholding in Monmouthshire, we want to recreate the abundance at our new home. There will be a big organic cooking area garden with no dig gardening increased beds and also young food woodland in which to expanded our fruit and veggies.
