This selection of cucumbers it’s called Pony! I typically expand them inside my glass greenhouse however they might grow outdoor. I used the structure of my greenhouse to make them expand up and down, covering the ceiling so I can use fully of the space in my yard.
I add a handful of worm spreading in the red where I transplant them as they appear to like it!
DISH:
3 x cucumbers
600 ml water
600 ml vinegar
3 x teasp salt (10g x cucumber).
150g sugar.
Any flavor that you like.
Peppercorns x 2 tbsp.
Garlic x 3 cloves.
Dill x 3 stems.
Bay fallen leave x 4.
NOTES:.
Utilize a weight to maintain the components submerged in the liquid. Include natural herbs and seasonings at the base of the jar.
