Attorneys for St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner as well as the Missouri attorney general of the United States’s workplace were in a St. Louis courtroom Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing in the quo warranto laswuit submitted by the lawyer general’s office to remove Gardner from office. Barring termination, Court John Torbitzky established a test date for Monday, Sept. 25.
